Gelindo's cuisine gives priority to typical Friuli products and mostly includes seasonal ingredients, grown and produced directly within the family’s farm: no stereotyped and anonymous international  dishes but  tasty  salamis, fragrant cheese, fine smelling soups, poultry from the roost, vegetables from the garden and homemade pastry and cakes.

The dishes are prepared following recipes taken from antique Friuli recipe books, updated to modern standards: low fat and an accurate treatment in order to preserve the flavors of tradition.

Recognizing and rediscovering the true flavors of the past, from the fragrance of freshly baked bread to the aroma of polenta (thick maize porridge), from the scent of aromatic herbs to the freshness of wines, from homemade salami to the palette of cheeses, will be a unique emotion to share with your guests and a tasting experience to be lived unhurried, in the pleasant atmosphere of the countryside of Friuli.
